HONDA JAZZ PETROL
ABOUT:
Hello , I own a Honda jazz , which is a petrol vx manual transmission. I've brought this car on the march of 2017. So, I have been driving this car for around a year and half and have driven around 12k kms.
This is an owners review !!
*LOVE ITT:
-The car's design of the car is great, at times from rear it looks like a mini van but still its sharp and good looking vehicle.
-The car is very spacious : be it the front row seats or the rear seats they are very comfortable and there is ample amount of leg , head and shoulder room.
-I like the interior sign and the way the dash is laid out and I particularly love the ac setup and the infotainment setup.
-The car has a decent sized boot.
-The driving comfort , it is super soft in the bad roads and is very stable till 120 kmph.
-Control of cars in worst of roads is super easy.
-Magic seats.
*HATE ITT:
-The engine is very under powered and just does not have low end punch.
-The profile of the tyre is small.
-The car feels bouncy post 120 kmph on highways.
-No key-less entry ,push button start.
**DESIGN
*EXTERIOR:
-The exteriors of the car is a hit as well as flops ( I find few colors very attractive and few not so attractive)
-I own the red pearl color which look good from the front and side profile and looks like a van from the rear of the car.
-The lights offer great visibility ,though they are halogen bulbs, they are far superior than others in the segment.
*INTERIOR:
-I love the interiors of the car , it is not very overly done but not basic too.
-The center of the dash is tilted more towards the driver.
-I like the all black treatment of the dash and seating but some would appreciate the insertion of the beige as well.
-As mentioned earlier the seats in both the rows are extremely comfortable and suit any person.
-The feel of the steering is great.
-Its got an instrument cluster which is partly analogue and partly digital.
-The sound quality of the car is great and is a big boon for the car.
-But the user interface could have been a little sleek and the touch inputs are not sharp.
*ENGINE:
- I love everything about the car except this part .
- This really sucks and in stop go traffic, its a curse and also during driving over a hill or an elevated ramp if you stop the car raising it from the start is really a task to be done.
-It just does not move at lower revs and there is no initial pick up from the motor ( The low end totally lags from the motor)
-Once it crosses 2.5k rpm it performs really well but drinks a lot of fuel and the mileage instantly reduces to single digit in city driving.
-In the highways , I dont find it a problem it picks up linearly and cruises fine if you drive it sedately.
-If in case you have to driving in a sporty way, hold the revs in every gear and manage with the fuel efficiency.
-**Very important and impressive part about the engine its super smooth and silent .
*RIDE AND HANDLING:
-The car is extremely comfortable to drive and it just glides with ease over bad roads.
-Its actually feels like the cars absorbs everything in its stride.
-The car is very stable at speeds until 120 kmph and feels little bouncy above that.
-The steering is opted more for comfort and is very comfortable to manoeuvre.
-Over all its a good package in this department.
*FUEL EFFICIENCY:
-The mileage various at most times because I used to rev it hard .
-In city I would get somewhere around 10 to 12.5 at the max.
-Over the highways i would get around 19kmpl.
*SERVICE:
-The car is simple to maintain , It would cost me around 3k to 4k for a service .

-From my experience of owning the car for the past 1.5 years, I would say the car scores in every aspect , but the one thing that bothers is the engines no low end punch or else its just a no brainer.
-It is not a sport oriented car but is tuned more towards comfort and it scores well on that aspect.
-I suggest you to go with the diesel one, its punchy powerful but you have to bear with a little engine noise inside the cabin .
-Which is acceptable than having a car which is silent but there is no performance on offer.
*I would rate this car 3.5 on 5.
It looses a point because, even though the car is very stable in all fronts , the engine looses on great time (Which is a major inclusion in a car)

TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA
ABOUT:
This is a 2.4 Z INNOVA CRYSTA. I have been driving this car for around 9 months and have driven around 15K kms.
This is an owners review.!
Lets get this personal experience of mine on various parameters.
*What I like about the car:
- The design has been greatly upgraded from the previous model , this looks more premium and give a sense of premium car rather than a mpv or namely peoples mover.
-The build quality and the durability of the car is great and it is a proven thing for toyota's bullet proof reliability .*( my old innova had no major complaints and i drove it till 2 lakh kms)
- The car would certainly have a great resale value . since my old innova being 6 years old was sold for a decent price
-The car is very spacious and is comfortable for long distance commute.
-After sales service is really good and is tension free and it is also comparatively cheap.
-The car has got everything in terms of safety and comfort.
-The interiors are very upmarket and plush.
*What I dont like about the car:
-The music system is pathetic. It does not justify the price of the car.
-The service interval is 5k kms which is very less for an highway rider .
-It is not very refined and the diesel grunt is very audible and the gear box is not too sleek .
-The car is obviously costly than the already expensive outgoing innova .
-During speeds over bad roads it unsettles quite a lot.
-The infotainment system is very basic.
*DESIGN:
*EXTERIOR:
-The looks are very upmarket and looks more of a premium car rather like a mpv .
-The front end is very well designed and rear was little odd at the start but it grew on me and the side profile with the 17" inches look fabulous .
-I personally like the side profile of the car.
-I own the bronze color and I love the color.
-**Advice: If you are gonna buy this car especially in avant garde bronze shade, try giving it some coating or get to some other color. Because on my car its getting easily scratched . Even the nail scratches looks magnified.
*INTERIOR:
-The dashboard is neatly laid with wood inserts and feels very up market unlike the old car.
-The one thing that looks outdated in the updated dash is the center console which does not fall in this era and is very basic ."the touch is a little responsive but there is nothing to do with it and the audio quality is terrible)
-The front and second row seats are extremely comfortable but there should be a major improvement in the third row .
-The cabin feels very plush and airy.
-I personally like the ac controls in the second row and the ambient lightning .
*IN CAR ENTERTAINMENT:
- As mentioned earlier the media system works fine with the touch sensitive input but there is not much of options to use in it .
- When the point is about the quality of the audio , It is just not acceptable and at few times i was not able to hear the song completely from the last row , The quality of audio is better in cheaper cars.
*ENGINE :
-The model I own is 2.4 z which is a 7 seater variant.
-It has 142 bhp of power.
-There is also three different driving modes to switch between eco, normal and power.
-It is a powerful engine and I don't feel it lacks power but an addition of 6th gear would help the car to run under 2k rpm which reduces the engine noise inside the cabin during highway trips.
*RIDE AND HANDLING:
-The car rides really well on the highways and on soft roads .
- It does unsettle a bit when you go fast on a broken road.
-The steering feel is very raw and it feels heavy at parking speeds but becomes okay when speed develops.
-There is body movement under heavy braking(ps: it is nose dive which i got to know later)
-Above the speed of 160 kmph you feel at little jittery.
*FUEL EFFICIENCY:
-The manual variant which I drive used to give me around 8 and 9 before the first service.
-Now it gives me around
-Highway:12.5 kmpl
-city :9 kmpl
** This mileage is under sedate driving and it may change in accordance to different owners .
*SERVICE :
-The service is not a big task and is very hassle free , The car costing around 30 lakhs has its service cost which is a joke.
- Yes, it is a joke it hardly cost me 4k to 6k rupees.
-The service is also very transparent and is fast and efficient.

VERDICT:
-This is a great car to travel around and is even easy to drive in the highways as well , it would be better to have a driver if you are gonna drive it more in the city.
- Overall the car is a good package and even thought it does not justify its price completely it does last well as a product and scores well in the important areas very well.
- If you need a 7 seater this is the best, no denying the fact.
-You need a car where you can be driven around in style with great comfort and image go ahead and get one .
-I would rate this car a 4 on 5 .
- It looses on 1 point because of the less no of features what the competitors provide at the same price point.

I am the owner of the car and have been owning it for
the past two years . During the buying process i have been considering punto ,
swift , figo. i was impressed with the build quality of the car and since it
was a volkswagen i was very confident about the car . so, i went ahead and
purchased the car.
I am a business
person, I have been doing a great number of highway trips with this car for
about 600 to 800 kilometers in every trip and i find this car extremely fun to
drive and comfortable but in comparison with the competitors there is a very
limited rear leg room but for my height of 5'2 i find it pretty comfortable .
but folks this car is all about the driving pleasure , you can just chuck it
into corners as it performs better than every other hatchback in its segment.
EXTERIOR:
I personally
like the design language of the car. it is very upmarket and has its vw design
structure clearly in it. The car looks very sporty and looks very good in white
.(which is the color I own)
it is an heavily built car in its segment and it can be clearly noticed when
open the close the doors.
INTERIORS:
The interior of
the car is very plain and simple yet it looks elegant .we have a dual tone
treatment of both black and beige.The controls are very well placed and the
steering is adjustable which helps in finding the better driving position.
The front seats are very supportive where as the rear lacks legroom for taller
passengers and there is a huge centre tunnel which makes tough for occupying
three fully grown adults.
The car offers many features which are actually useful but lacks with some
which the competitors provide .
PERFORMANCE:
The car is
powered by a 1.5 liter diesel engine that churns out 88 bhp and a 230 NM of
torque .
The car is very responsive in terms of performance and is very confident in the
highways during triple digit speeds .The car sheds speed in no time and
maintains its line.
Acceleration : 0 to 100 takes 12.3 seconds
The top speed is around 180 kmph
QUALITY:
The quality of
VW can be stated in a single word "It can be stated as the best" in
the segment .
The fit and finish is fantastic and cannot be mistaken .
MILEAGE:
The car is one
of the best in terms of mileage considering its performance and the weight of
the car.
It has a fuel tank capacity of 45 litres.
Mixed economy : 16
Highway : 22
City : 12
SERVICE:
The service
cost is on the higher side , considering the brand and the quality it offers
and the driving dynamics of the car i feel its not a big deal considering the
service interval which is 15k kilometres or a year.
For a service interval it cost somewhere around 6k to 7k rupees .
And if its due for a major service like any part replacement it cost a little
more .
PROS:
Heavily built
Good performance
Fuel efficient
CONS:
Small rear seat
A little costly to maintain than others.
FINAL VERDICT:
The car is a
great drivers car and is very fun to drive out in the highways as well as in
the city.
if you could manage with a little cramped rear seat and a expensive
service than the other brands .

ABOUT THE CAR:
Car name : ford eco-sport
Colour : white
Kms clocked :1,50,000
Purchased :2013
QUALITY:
The car is really very well built , the doors close with a
thud and the plastics cant be claimed as the best, but it was of great quality
but over the years I have noticed that the interior plastics have few minors
issues which is acceptable . Overall in terms of the body or the metal
used it is heavily built and i don't find myself having trouble during triple digit speeds .
DRIVEABILITY:
The car is powered by a 1.5 litre duratorq engine as ford
calls it and is powered with 90 bhp motor with a torque output of 204 newton
meter.
The car is really punchy and even though it is not a four wheel drive i
don't find myself being stuck anywhere with my past experiences and also it is
capable to water wade around 250 mm.
The engine is very punchy in the mid-range but the steering lacks
quite some feel because it is very light and the gearbox is kind of sticky and
the clutch is on the heavier side.
(If you could manage the heavy clutch the car is a delight to drive on
the highways)
INTERIORS:
The interior is a user based opinion ( it is either a Like
or dislike ) since the dash has got so many buttons
to control with. And looks overrated and there is a
lot of hard plastics too, but you don't feel it as an issue (since, we are
nit picking everything). The speedometer is really well designed and gives a sense of freshness .
The seats are of black leather and offer great comfort at the front and
its is not very good at the second row in the bad roads.
The car is not very wide the back seat would be very suitable for two adults
and a kid in the center .
MILEAGE :
Since I have been using this car for a whole of 5 years with a mixed
driving scenarios of driving both in the city and the highways .
Mixed mileage : 14.5
Highways : 17
City : 10 - 12
I don't feel the mileage is great but its adequate since it is such an
heavy car and is very solidly built.
SERVICE :
The service is not very costly until your car crosses one lakh kms
The service interval is 15k kilometers and it costs somewhere around 5
to 6k rupees .
And only major part exchange cost more and the service is quite effort
less.
PROS:
Well built
Powerful diesel engine
Cheap maintenance
Class leading features for the price
CONS:
Heavy clutch
Average mileage
Sticky gearbox
FINAL VERDICT:
If you can manage with a heavy clutch and a not so good mileage it is a
very great car to go ahead with ..
